I Have Typhoid!

No, this isn't Oregon Trail.This is for real.


I got Typhoid on Tuesday. True Story.


Of course it was an injection of innert/weakend/killed bacteria in the form of a vaccination. Hopefully I don't get the full out fever, a fever "whose only cure is more cowbell." It was an eventful day. I also got meningitis and influenza. Quite the trifecta of potentially nasty diseases, eh?


Yesterday I handed in my paper on the Ethiopian Orthodox Church. Fascinating stuff, really. Today I turned in my final paper on Luther's Life & His Theology and had my brain more than boiled in a 3hour Swahili Final Exam.


Now my brain is oozing out of my ears.
Hopefully this is a side-effect of the studying and not the Typhoid, because that would just be awkward. . .




The other thing that happened?
I finished up my first year at YDS.
